Personal sports activities

Individual sports activities, implemented as part of the disciplinary initiative, refer to the activities within the cadet's daily task specified in the Cadet Regulations. Individual sports activities involve voluntary activities such as slow running and weight training to maintain physical stamina of individual cadet. Cadets are guided to run more than 3km a day after completing the physical education classes and physical education activities such as individual fitness training, club activities, and individual activities are conducted freely until 20:00.
